Last week, the Armenian Mediation and Arbitration Center (AMCA) hosted a professional seminar devoted to arbitration, with the participation of members of the Armenian Arbitrators Association.
Within the framework of the seminar, a presentation was delivered by Aram Khachatryan, President of the Armenian Arbitrators Association and attorney-at-law, who addressed a number of key issues related to arbitration agreements, ensuring professional and substantive discussions.
The seminar also featured a presentation by Lilit Karapetyan, Partner at “Concern Dialog” Law Firm, Chair of the ICC Armenia Commission on ADR, and member of the Armenian Arbitrators Association, who introduced the essence of arbitration, its types, and practical advantages.
The seminar included both theoretical and practical components aimed at enhancing professional competencies in the field of arbitration.
